Açıklama İngilizceA four-bedroom, four-bathroom charming villa in the town of Deià, Mallorca, with a private pool and mountain views. Surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains, Casa Empeltada enjoys prime views over the surrounding mountain village. The villa has been built in hues of stone which blend into the surrounding landscape and marries a modern interior decor with typical Mallorcan style.

Making your way into the villa, you’ll step over rustic terracotta floor tiles into the living room. Here you’ll find central heating, a large sofa to curl up on and a view to die for, thanks to the large French doors which open out onto the surrounding terrace.

Adjoining the living room is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a large island perfect for preparing meals from your locally bought produce. The kitchen boasts natural features of wooden fittings and stone flooring, which combine wonderfully with the cosy furnishings of the house.

The dining room is every bit as charming as the rest of the house, with a seating area for six people and a set of french doors opening onto its own small balcony.

On the ground floor, the master bedroom boasts a four-poster bed as well as a fireplace and its own set of French doors, which give views of the pool, balcony and surrounding mountains. The room comes with an ensuite bathroom which has a freestanding bathtub, two sinks, heated towel rails and a walk-in rainfall shower.

On the lower ground floor, there’s a small double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom also with a walk-in rainfall shower. Guests have private access to this room by using stone steps that run from the front of the villa. The remaining two bedrooms can also be found on the lower ground floor. One is a double, and one is a twin, both with their own ensuite bathrooms.

A sun terrace wraps around a large part of the house and is home to the stunning l-shaped infinity pool. Those wanting to make the most of their time outdoors can bask in the pool or on one of the circular sun loungers while they top up their tans. There’s also a superb stone terrace which boasts an outdoor dining area seating six people and views of the surrounding mountains.
