Villaya Genel Bakış
Can Agave is a beautifully renovated holiday home set within easy walking distance of Pollensa’s historic old town. Inside, the villa blends original character with thoughtful updates. The main living and dining area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi, while the fully fitted kitchen - complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer - opens directly onto the barbecue terrace, making outdoor dining effortless. A second sitting room upstairs provides additional space to unwind.
Outdoors, the L-shaped private pool (9m x 9m, depth 1m–1.9m) with Roman steps takes centre stage, surrounded by terraces designed for long, relaxed days in the sun. Children's toys and a table tennis table add to the appeal, while sandy beaches are just a short drive away.
