Outdoors, guests can enjoy multiple alfresco dining areas and an outdoor cooking space with barbeque, along with the private pool. The surrounding lawns add a sense of openness and space, enhancing the overall appeal.
The villa offers direct access to a riverside path that leads into Santa Eulalia town. This low-key coastal hub provides everything needed for a comfortable stay, including supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and a sandy beach. Ibiza Airport lies about 22 km from the property, ensuring a straightforward journey to and from the villa.
