Açıklama İngilizceIn the heart of the idyllic and picturesque village of Deia, this delightful three-bedroom stone house combines Mallorquin tradition with modern luxuries and would make an ideal holiday home for family or friends looking to discover this enchanting corner of the island of Mallorca.

It was originally used as a school, however it has been recently renovated into a holiday home and every effort has been made to keep as much of the unique character as possible. The owners have succeeded this by retaining the wooden beams, terracotta floors plus an original well features in the kitchen.

The bright and airy first floor living room has contemporary touches such as satellite TV and DVD plus big comfy sofas alongside the original working fireplace and lovely mountain views from the tall windows. There is a further living-dining room on the ground floor, ideal for listening to music, plus another fireplace by the traditional dining area. The pretty well-equipped kitchen includes modern conveniences such as touch-control ceramic hob, upmarket coffee machine as well as the usual appliances you would expect in a modern house.

At the rear of the property is your own private courtyard with pretty pots adding a splash of colour. You will also find two sun-loungers for lazy days at home, a barbecue plus a table and chairs perfect for al-fresco dining at any time of day.  It is easy to forget you are in the heart of Deia from the privacy of your own stone courtyard garden.

Sun worshipers will also love the roof terrace where you will find a couple more sun-loungers and comfy seating as you gaze at the beautiful mountain scenery!
