A gentle sea breeze carries the scent of salt and pine as you arrive at Apartment Balmar, a first-floor retreat in Sitges’ El Vinyet neighbourhood. Bright and spacious, the apartment pairs Mediterranean ease with thoughtful design, just moments from the beach and within walking distance of town.

Inside, clean white walls and warm wood tones create an understated style. The open living area features two sofas, a smart TV and bookshelves that add a lived-in feel, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to a large private terrace. With treetop views, glimpses of the pool and a table seating ten, it’s a relaxed setting for breakfasts, long lunches or evenings outdoors.

The apartment sleeps up to eight across four bedrooms, including a master suite with terrace access and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, two further doubles (one convertible to a twin), and a bunk room for children. A fully equipped kitchen and utility area support easy stays, while communal gardens and a swimming pool sit just outside. Apartment Balmar combines space, quiet and proximity, with the beach four minutes away and Sitges centre a 15 minute walk along the promenade.
