Just over 200 metres from the golden sands of Cala Barques beach, this contemporary villa pairs an enviable coastal location with views over the bay and the dramatic cliffs. Designed with relaxed Mediterranean living in mind, it’s a property that balances style, comfort, and accessibility in one of Mallorca’s most scenic northern spots.

Inside, the house leans into a modern aesthetic. Bright, clean spaces filled with natural light, sleek furnishings, and curated local photography connect the interiors to the surrounding landscape. The open-plan layout flows from a spacious kitchen through to the lounge and out onto the main terrace, where alfresco dining, a cold-water jacuzzi, and an inviting swimming pool set the tone for long, lazy days in the sun. Air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort. Ideal for families or groups, the villa offers four bedrooms; three within the main house and one with independent access, each with en suite facilities. With extras like a table tennis table for kids, double fridge freezers for group catering, and two sun terraces with spectacular sea views, this is a smart, sociable retreat just a short stroll from the beach.

Cala San Vicente itself is a peaceful coastal village, known for its crystal-clear waters and laid-back vibe. A handful of local restaurants and coves are within walking distance, while the buzzing harbour town of Port de Pollença with its marina, shops, and seafront promenade, is just a 15 minute drive away.
