French windows open up to the various patios where you can dine al-fresco listening to the birdsong and church bells, laze on the sun-loungers under the ancient olive tree or dip in the lovely swimming pool.  Around the villa you have panoramic views of the village and mountains, you will feel you are in the heart of a very special community here.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all of them with cool tiled floors and characterful wood beamed ceilings and decorated with simple and homely style. All three bath or shower rooms, two of them upstairs, are bright and modern and there is ample storage space in the main two bedrooms. One of the doubles leads to a beautiful terrace where you can soak up the sun with the relaxing countryside views around you.

Deia, just a short walk away, is a small idyllic village, perched high up with stunning views down to the crystal clear seas. With a stunning backdrop of the ‘Sierra de Tramuntana’, the beautiful village is typically Mediterranean with green shuttered stone houses and narrow streets of pretty boutiques, art galleries, upmarket restaurants, cafes and Mallorquin tapas bars.

The island of Mallorca is a walker’s paradise as there is a network of paths and ancient mule tracks across the Serra de Tramuntana, so close to Deia.  The area is also popular with mountain bikers who can enjoy the dramatic and stunning mountain and sea-view scenery. Tennis courts can be hired in the village and there are various golf clubs on the island, the closest being Son Termens about 18km away.
