Situated just outside the charming village of Teulada, this 260 m² finca-style villa offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by beautiful countryside views. Set along a quiet country road, Villa Comes feels completely removed from daily life. The traditional whitewashed exterior and tiled roofs give way to bright interiors with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, and terracotta floors, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the two-storey home.

Inside, the villa centres around a comfortable living area with a fireplace and large sliding doors that open onto a terrace, filling the space with natural light. A dining area leads to a charming, well-equipped kitchen finished in a rustic style with tiled walls and wooden cupboards, which wraps around an interior courtyard—an ideal spot for a morning coffee. The ground floor also features a double bedroom, a twin room, and a bathroom, while two further ensuite bedrooms are found upstairs, each minimally furnished and fitted with air conditioning and underfloor heating for year-round comfort.
Outside, the villa’s spacious terraces and gardens invite guests to relax and make the most of the scenic surroundings. A shaded patio beside the kitchen provides a perfect setting for alfresco dining, complete with a barbecue area for leisurely evening meals. Beyond, the terraced garden opens onto sweeping countryside views, with a generous swimming pool at its centre, surrounded by sun loungers. Whether swimming, playing ping-pong, or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset, Villa Comes offers a serene and picturesque escape.
