Welcome to Villa Calypso I, a striking Ibiza-style retreat where clean lines, natural light, and contemporary design create a sense of effortless calm. Sleeping up to fourteen guests across six bedrooms and five bathrooms, this ultra-modern villa is ideal for families, friends, or groups seeking a spacious escape. It’s also a fantastic setting for yoga, wellness, or creative retreats, thanks to its blend of open-plan interiors and serene outdoor areas perfect for recharging.

From the moment you enter, Villa Calypso I impresses with its double-height glass façade, elegant minimalist décor, and feature sculpture that sets the tone for what lies within. The villa’s layout offers flexibility and flow, with two large living areas, a designer kitchen with garden access, and air-conditioned bedrooms styled for rest and comfort. An internal courtyard with bonsai tree adds a Zen-like feel, while the tropical gardens outside – dotted with palms, banana plants, and manicured lawns – provide a lush backdrop to your stay.

Leisure takes centre stage outdoors, where a 22.5-metre pool glistens alongside a ten-person jacuzzi, two chill-out areas, and a sunken lounge made for relaxed conversation. Guests can enjoy sweeping views from the double-level roof terrace, dine alfresco with the barbecue area, or keep fit in the open-air gym. Tucked into the peaceful residential enclave of Las Roques, yet just minutes from Sitges, Vilanova, and the wine region of Vilafranca, Villa Calypso I strikes the perfect balance between privacy and proximity.
