It has 115 square meters built, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, air conditioning, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven. Everything you need and more! We recommend Villa Concha for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or with reduced mobility as it is distributed on one floor, offering comfort and security.

Its modern and cosy design will make you feel at home. Relax on its large terrace, which has several rooms, sun beds with garden views and the private swimming pool, which is 8 metres long by 4 metres wide. Enjoy an afternoon barbecue and watch the sunset over the mountains.

Salobre Golf Resort is a very relaxing place for those looking for tranquillity and privacy, far from the busiest tourist areas but only 10 minutes drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria, everything is within reach in a short drive!
