Açıklama İngilizceLocated in the sun-drenched southwest of Menorca, Finca Macarella offers a serene sanctuary, ideal for those looking to reconnect with nature and unwind in peace. Dating back to 1769, Finca Macarella started life as an agricultural estate owned by nobleman Bernat Josep Olives and was tenanted by a local farming family for many years. Just a twenty-minute stroll from the crystal-clear waters of Cala Macarella, one of the island's most picturesque beaches, this beautifully restored farmhouse sits within 210 hectares of untouched land, ensuring complete privacy yet easy access to the island's best coastal treasures.

As you step inside the villa, the harmonious blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern design immediately welcomes you. Six spacious double en-suite bedrooms across three separate buildings offer ample room for everyone to relax and retreat to their own space, ensuring comfort and tranquillity. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with a state-of-the-art kitchen perfect for preparing meals to enjoy together, a cosy TV room, a library for moments of quiet, a gym to keep active, and an inviting lounge where you can unwind. Every corner of this home exudes a sense of calm, with the materials—local limestone and marés sandstone—imbuing the house with an authentic character that celebrates the island's heritage.

Outside, the expansive grounds are a true delight. The shimmering swimming pool beckons on warm days, while the lush gardens surrounding it create a peaceful atmosphere. Majestic pine trees rise around the property, offering natural shade and beauty. Whether you prefer basking in the sun or lounging in the cool shade, there are plenty of outdoor spots to enjoy. As the evening settles in, gather around the fire pit for a relaxed dinner cooked in the garden kitchen, perhaps using a fresh catch from the sea, while the stars begin to twinkle overhead. The combination of outdoor dining spaces and indoor facilities means you can enjoy meals in whichever setting suits your mood.

Whether you wish to explore the island’s stunning natural beauty or simply enjoy quality time with family and friends, Finca Macarella provides the perfect setting. From the tranquil pool to the star-filled skies, it’s a place where unforgettable memories are made.
