Açıklama İngilizceVilla Markel is located just a short stroll from the luxurious setting of Puerto Calero, and it’s many boutiques, bars and restaurants. Whether enjoying al fresco cocktails looking out at the magnificent yachts, savouring locally caught seafood at one of the many marina-side restaurants or partaking in one of the numerous waterside leisure activities, you’ll love this exclusive location.

As you enter inside the villa, the large open plan living/ kitchen area offers a fantastic space in which to unwind and entertain. The kitchen is beautifully finished with granite worktops and has everything you could need to create your very own Spanish feast. Following through from the living area you’ll find a dining area that boasts a large wooden dining table and two sets of patio doors that can fold completely back to reveal the surrounding terraces - this area is an ideal solution to warmer evenings.

The bedrooms at Villa Markel all come with high spec en-suite bathrooms, with wooden floors and huge built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom features a king size bed while the other two have twin beds, making them ideal for children sharing.

Outside, the main terrace and garden is a spectacular space, accessed through the lounge and dining room and offering up several charming areas to hide away in or even to cook up a storm on the BBQ. Whether enjoying a cocktail under the pagoda, reclining on one of the sunbeds around the pool or lying out on the shaded sofa area – wherever you are, you won’t be moving very far! Unless, that is, you want to take a dip in the private pool – perfect for a relaxing swim or for kids to make a splash. Parent should note, however, that the swimming pool is unfenced, so little ones should be supervised when playing in the area.

With local amenities on your doorstep, whether that may be the exclusivity of Puerto Calero or the hustle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen, you will have everything you need for a relaxing stay in this fantastic location.
