An elegant 1920s villa seamlessly restored, Villa del Mar I is a rare treasure, just a stones through from the beach in the Terramar area of Sitges. With high ceilings, shuttered windows, tranquil gardens and Mediterranean views from private terraces, this seven-bedroom retreat offers a distinctive blend of heritage charm and laid-back style.

Step inside and discover a house that feels like home; bright, eclectic interiors enriched with bold art, vintage pieces, and thoughtful touches reflect its owners' love for comfort and character. There are two relaxed living rooms, a sociable open-plan kitchen, and beautifully appointed bedrooms, most with air-conditioning and outdoor space. The lush gardens wrap around a stunning saline swimming pool with a current machine, shaded dining terraces, and a tucked-away garden studio.

Whether you’re gathering for long lunches by the pool, exploring the buzz of Sitges on foot, or simply relaxing in a hammock beneath the trees, Villa del Mar I invites you to slow down and savour every moment. Voted one of The Times' top 50 villas in the Med, it’s a standout property where history, design, and location converge in perfect harmony.
